enCircle Media hires Ryan McArthur as COO.
Irvine, CA (June 2, 2008) - enCircle Media, Inc., a leading interactive marketing agency, today announced the hiring of Ryan McArthur as Chief Operating Officer.
Ryan McArthur previously worked at Experian, a global leader in providing value-added information solutions to organizations and consumers. During his decade long service at Experian he held various positions within operations, marketing and sales. Most recently responsibility for the development, design, operation, and improvement of a system that delivers a portion of Experian’s many products/services. Ryan holds a Management Information Systems degree from the University of Arizona.
