enCircle Media to Be Backed by Key Executives of Greenwood & Hall

Irvine, CA (January 3, 2007) - enCircle Media, Inc., a leading interactive marketing agency, today announced its company launch.

enCircle Media was formed by key executives of Greenwood & Hall, a leading customer relationship management firm with over 5,100 contact center seats in its network. The company will be fully funded by the Greenwood & Hall executives and supported by Greenwood & Hall's global infrastructure. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

enCircle Media will focus on online customer acquisition and will be able to integrate into Greenwood & Hall's contact center, fulfillment, and logistics platform. Further, the Company will be able to tap into Greenwood & Hall's client base which includes multinational corporations, major non profit organizations, and governmental agencies.
